We offer refund and/or exchange depending on the product and what the manufacturer allows. Please contact your account manager for more information on what items we will take back.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Renfro Supply.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact your account manager.
If returns are accpeted
Once your return is received and inspected, your account manager will notify you and will start the process of an exchange or credit.
